Yes. On the plan step turn on I want to buy this for a friend and enter their StreamEast email. After payment succeeds, Premium is added to their account — not yours. This works with card, crypto, and Azteco.
This is not the same as the Azteco voucher method. Azteco is how you pay (buy a code elsewhere and submit it). “Buy for a friend” only changes who receives Premium.
Sign in on the account that should pay. Use the gift option on purpose if the Premium should land on another email.
If you have a code, enter it on the plan step while signed in on the account that received it. Many codes are locked to one email, expire (often about 3 days for automatic offers), and cannot be reused.
Guests can check a code but must log in to apply it. Support cannot always move a code to a different account.

No. StreamEast does not charge monthly by itself. Nothing is billed unless you complete a new Buy Premium checkout. When time ends, you return to Free.

They are the blockchain that carries the token. The same coin (for example USDT) can live on several networks. You must send on the exact network shown at checkout.
Sending on the wrong network usually means permanent loss of funds.
If you only wanted to pay with PayPal, use the Card, Apple Pay, PayPal rail instead of Crypto.

Your bank or wallet may convert currency or add a foreign-transaction fee. The final amount on the provider page is what they process. StreamEast does not add a separate platform card fee.
Declines come from your bank or the provider, not StreamEast. Try another card or method, turn off VPN, finish 3D Secure fully, and confirm the card allows online / international payments.
